The venue is incredibly beautiful, clean and the location is brilliant so close to city wall and centre of York and many shops. The full cooked breakfast is plentiful with plenty of meals.

The breakfast was awesome and the staff were very pleasant. Tasteful rooms and individual. There was a rocky beach near the place. Downstairs bar was exquisite and best priced. Amazing service and a good pool onsite.

Enjoyed almost every detail, including staff and food, they were fabulous. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. Smooth check-in was a bonus. Not to mention good wifi! It was a MARVELLOUS hotel in a fairly quiet area. Also, Horse was only 1 km from the accommodation.

the room was gorgeous and we really loved the stay. it is set in the centre of the city. the vegetarian breakfast they offered was included.

Rooms were good sized and spotless, can't find anything wrong. We dined at Sapphire Chinese Takeaway, that is just 400 metres away. Perfect for city break. Within walking distance of national railway museum.

A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Pizza Choice that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. We could easily park on site. Right place for holiday in York...
